ABOUT ANTARA DASGUPTA
I have over 14 years of experience working with various types of satellite data for a variety of climate change and hydrology related problems in the geosciences. My research primarily focuses on improving flood forecasting and monitoring through the integration of remote sensing, crowd-sourcing, as well as physical and data-driven models. I specialize in digital image processing/remote sensing for flood inundation studies, hydrodynamic modelling, machine learning and hydraulic data assimilation. Passionate about JEDI in the field of EO, I also actively engage with organisations working on similar goals.
