Ecosystem Builder | Policy & Strategy | Social Impact | Founder I build institutions, ecosystems, and strategies at the intersection of policy, entrepreneurship, and social impact. I’m the co-founder of the Centre for Data Justice, where we work with NGOs, policymakers, and funders to enable better decisions through bias-free data, digital literacy, and evidence-based program design—with a strong focus on rural women and underserved communities. In parallel, I’m setting up a ₹30 Cr family office investing in early-stage startups across healthtech, agritech, and edtech, designing founder-friendly capital structures that go beyond traditional VC models. Before this, I spent 7+ years at PwC, rising to Associate Director, and led some of the firm’s most complex public-sector and ecosystem-building engagements: 1.National and state startup ecosystems 2. Entrepreneurship and livelihood programs beneficiaries) 3. Incubators, accelerators, and innovation platforms 4. Leadership development, DEI, and enterprise-wide change programs. My work has spanned collaborations with central & state governments, multinationals, philanthropies, and multilaterals, with outcomes ranging from income uplift and startup funding to large-scale digital adoption. I’m an ISB PGP (Strategy & Marketing) graduate and Ashoka YIF alum, with formal training in public policy and intellectual property law. I’ve also had the privilege of representing India at the World Economic Forum and contributing to G20/Y20 policy processes. I’m especially interested in reimagining how capital, policy, and institutions can work together to create sustainable social and economic value.
