At the LEGO Group, I drive planning and delivery of initiatives and partnerships across 25+ markets: from developing multi-year strategies and securing senior leadership buy-in, to building a planning and reporting system that became our single source of truth and leading on 5 annual planning cycles. I enjoy translating ambiguity into strategic frameworks, building partnerships, and surfacing insights that shape decisions.Before the LEGO Group, I managed large-scale digital transformation at the UN World Food Programme (Rome), and built my foundations in strategy consulting at Bain & Company. My MBA at INSEAD sharpened my focus on building solutions that create equitable access to opportunity, and I served as President of INDEVOR (INSEAD\'s social impact club).Having lived and worked in 5 countries, I thrive in diverse, cross-cultural environments. Outside of work, I enjoy travel and music, and have trained in Indian classical music for 10+ years.
