I spent almost 18 years in different Management position onboard (Marketing & Revenue Manager/ F&B Management). Currently in my last position for 5 years I was responsible for all shipboard Revenue generating areas, analyzing marketing promotions and associated revenue to develop or adjust strategies and tactics in order to increase Penetration /Frequency/spending.Identifying and making recommendations to implement plans.Also ensuring that all guests communication, promotional materials and events are professional and according the brand standards.
