Elicit core business requirements using meetings, interviews, document analysis, workshops, and business analysis• Critically evaluate the information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, and distinguish true needs rather than user preconceptions• Communicate and collaborate with external and internal customers to deliver the necessary business artefacts, including business requirements documents, use cases, functional specifications, and system documentation • Model business processes, map business workflows, and communicate processes clearly, completely, and efficiently • Perform gap analysis and produce relevant artefacts• Collaborate with project management, technical management, subject matter experts, and system architects to establish the business case and analyse trade-offs between usability, functionality, and system performance• Collaborate with the management team to deliver concise and relevant responses to RFP’s and RFI’s • Review test plans and scenarios to confirm testing coverage is appropriate• Work with the management team to craft internal and external process documentation required by the legislative environment of the software solutions
