With over 24 years of experience in providing technological direction and managing IT information related projects, I am a zealous and proactive professional who excels in delivering value and quality to the customers and stakeholders. I am currently working as a Delivery Manager at BORN XDS,where I am responsible for end to end execution of programs for APAC customers.As a certified Scrum Master, ITILV3, and ISO 26262 Functional Safety professional, I have gained 9 years of relevant experience in project/program/portfolio planning, execution, and people management. I have successfully streamlined the major North American rail road customers and R&D projects, mentored a team of project/program managers and scrum masters, and managed an annual R&D program budget of over $10 million. I have also bagged completion and revenue recognition of $4 million of customer projects, achieving on-time delivery and quality standards. My mission is to leverage my cloud computing and digital transformation expertise to drive innovation and top line growth at Tech Mahindra and beyond.
