I lead employee relations in Sandoz for Asia Pacific, Middle East and Africa (APAC and MEA). I am responsible through promotion, transparency and effective handling of Labor Relations, Employee Relations & Speak Up matters – proactively preventing, effectively addressing, remediating risks and providing sustainable solutions as we continue to build world\'s leading and most valued generics company, Sandoz.Prior to this role, I led People and Organization function (HR Function) for Novartis Corporate Centre, Hyderabad as Head People and Organization (Head HR). My purpose was to build talent and capabilities of more than associates, as we reimagine medicines for our patients globally. With diverse functions, data and digital capabilities, start-up venture, we truly support our global business. I was a member of the Site Board and partnered with Operations and Tech Ops (ex-NBS/CTS and NTO), Global Drug Delivery (GDD), Novartis Biomedical Research (NIBR) and Sandoz. Me and my colleagues in the leadership team continued to focus on \'designing for the future\' and \'inspiring our employees\'.
