The team also performs regular reviews to detect potentially fraudulent claims payment activity. We refer matters for criminal prosecution, serve as witnesses, and assist Allstate in loss recovery. The team consults regularly with the business about investigation strategies, fraud disruption and fraud mitigation, and we partner with HR regarding the development of policies, practices, and procedures to enhance the protection of the company.
