Managing overages, shortages & variances. Ensuring pending IDOCs are checked with EDI team.Providing clear guidelines to 3PL (Yusen Logistics) to execute REWORKS / check existing stock for any issues.Preparing INBOUNDS, ensuring shipments are booked into Yusen, following up of open pipeline orders & sharing detailed forecasts with 3PL.Working closely with CLEARANCE teams (Clasquin (Mapcargo)) to ensure road, sea & air shipments are cleared within free time & without incurring delay charges.BOOKING SHIPMENTS into 3PL DC & out to local EMEA DCs ensuring pallet loads are sent as groupage / proportionately divided across multiple FTL containers.Assisting with any issues arising with OUTBOUND deliveries to UK & Ireland in Logistics manager absence.Ensuring RETURNS are posted onto SAP and managed by the warehouse. Arranging boxes with factory for packaged DAMAGED inventory.
