I am the District\'s in-house change management lead supporting major and critical initiatives and increasing/growing the organization\'s skill and leadership in managing change. A major focus is to support the District in an ERP transformation. With my change management responsibilities, I am enabling leadership to visibly lead the change and engaging stakeholders to gain their involvement and buy-in. The result has created a united front at this early stage. With my added project management responsibilities, I am navigating the transformation and organization through the RFP process to keep to internal timelines while sorting out a scope and budget that is suitable to the District\'s operation.
