This includes:Managing our online catalog system, enabling customers to browse royal sherwani collections with immersive visuals.Building a custom-tailoring interface, allowing users to schedule fittings, select customizations, and track orders.Overseeing the development of our doorstep tailoring logistics system, integrating local tailors, delivery personnel, and fitters into one cohesive backend.Coordinating with design, marketing, and development teams to ensure tech aligns with the luxury experience our brand promises.
