About Anshu Nallapothula
I’m a high school student passionate about neuroscience, biomedical innovation, and environmental advocacy. I’m the Founder and President of NeX: Neuro Exploration, a student-led nonprofit organization focused on neuroscience education and outreach.I placed 1st at the Biomedizone Innovation Conference, where my team and I developed a Music Therapy App to support older men with Parkinson’s disease living in Cincinnati, Ohio. Our research was later published in the Stanford Intersect journal and featured on Patch News.I’ve completed 100+ hours volunteering in the Neuro ICU at Novant Health Presbyterian Medical Center, interned in immunology research, and served in multiple leadership roles through New Normal X, 4-H, and community service organizations.My long-term interests include neuroscience, medicine, global health, and sustainable innovation and I’m always excited to learn, research, and collaborate with others.
