My goal is to bridge the gap between our high-level strategy and the actual tools we use every day, hopefully making the talent sourcing process a bit more efficient and data-driven for everyone involved.Over the years, I’ve had the chance to lead some high performing hiring teams and set up recruitment processes from the ground up. Most of my work involves the core planning for leadership hiring and managing the projects that keep things running smoothly. I’ve been deeply involved of talent mapping and market intelligence—especially across complex regions like APAC, EMEA, and India—so I’ve seen firsthand how much a solid search strategy matters.Now at Capgemini, I’m putting that experience toward building a better way to work.
