Part of the Leadership team of ICICI Bank. In my current assignment with the Government and TASC segments, am responsible for business development and strategic execution of customer 360. Key segments include managing banking of Central and State Govt. Schemes/programs, Municipal Corporation, Development Authorities, District and below implementing agencies etc. Under TASC Segment - Education and Healthcare are areas of focus. The role involves business development, product enablement, strategic direction and execution through 1800 plus dedicated TASC & Govt Relationship team managing customer relationship across the branch network of ICICI Bank. The current assignment involves proactive identification of new business opportunities, developing execution roadmap build capabilities (product & skills) to capture the available profit pools.I am assisted by my dynamic and passionate product managers towards delivery of assignments and projects.
