In my current role as Zonal Head - NBFC, I manage banks relationship with renowned NBFCs for business growth across segments. I am responsible for 360 relationship across corporate and retail business opportunity. In my earlier role of Retail Policy Head at ICICI Bank, I managed the policy and digital lending for all retail products, such as mortgage, auto, unsecured, cards, commercial business, rural etc. I have over 22 years of experience in banking and finance, with a MBA in finance and financial management services from IBS Hyderabad.My core competencies include corporate & retail lending, relationship management, financial risk management, portfolio quality control, policy formation & creating a profitable business line understanding market dynamics. I have worked in almost all large geographies of India in leadership roles. This incudes roles like Zonal Head, Policy Head, Retail credit head etc I have also contributed to multiple publications and blogs on banking and finance, real estate, economics, digitization, and innovation. I am passionate about creating value for customers, stakeholders, and society through my work.I love travel, history, and philosophy as well.
