With 16 years of experience in Digital Transformation and Project Management in the Industry X, Supply Chain, HR Transformation, Intelligent Financial Operations and manufacturing industry; I am a seasoned person of Business Transformation at Accenture. My mission is to drive digital transformation and create value at every step for multiple offerings, leveraging my expertise in data analytics, operations management, and strategic management.At Accenture, I maintain operational quality across programs by monitoring budget, scheduling, risk, and scope. I also drive reduction in variability and defects in business processes, and determine process performance baseline and metrics to evaluate performance. Previously, at Tata Steel, I built the next state-of-the-art 4IR plant to future ready their \"Making Tomorrow\" vision, and led the automation and predictive modelling framework to build a reliability centred maintenance approach. I also contributed to the implementation of predictive models on various 4IR use cases across plants, which resulted in India\'s first Digital Lighthouse Recognition from World Economic Forum. I hold a patent application for a temperature measuring instrument that prevented opportunity production loss of 3600 Ton/month. I am a passionate advocate of AI transformation in the industry, and have published and presented my research on predictive maintenance management at the American Society for Quality. I hold a Postgraduate Degree in Business Management from XLRI Jamshedpur, and a Bachelor\'s Degree in Electrical Engineering from KiiT University.
