Investment officer for investment of surplus funds.(For newly incorporated entity)\\\\nInvestment compliances for Mutual funds and Fixed deposit as per company policy.\\\\nInvestment compliance note for every investment for a newly incorporated entity.\\\\n\\\\nFunds raising for the project.\\\\nProject Finance.\\\\nBond maturity, repayment and fresh loan sanction documentation.\\\\nMTM calculation on CCS, IRS and structured derivatives.\\\\nMTM settlement on maturity date on CCS, IRS and structured Derivatives.\\\\nInt Rate arbitrage and analysis of breakeven interest rates, Interest Cost, Interest Variance etc.\\\\n\\\\nUsing Bloomberg Terminal for various research and compliance checking and deals MTM verifications, Month end Forex, commodity and bonds market rates.\\\\n\\\\nResponsible for monthly closing activity of Treasury related accounting (Done on SAP which is fully automated) involving various treasury derivative instruments, Loans & investment and Preparation of schedule, various Management MIS.\\\\n\\\\nDay to day monitoring of SAP transaction through automated system, it\'s end result entries, following up with stakeholders for deals execution and receipt of funds on maturity.\\\\n\\\\nActive participation in Automation of transaction through CFM module in SAP, it\'s testing before final implementation.\\\\n\\\\nHedge accounting, Mark to Market, Deal execution and its settlement of various treasury instruments (Options and Forwards related to commodities as well as currency, CCS, IRS, Caps, Floors, Structured Derivatives ).\\\\n\\\\nResponsible for SOX and Audit compliances related to treasury Accounting.\\\\n\\\\nResponsible for submission of FFR1 and FFR 2 to various consortium member banks.\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
