Identifying, mentoring and developing junior staff; Managing projects in a high quality, professional and commercially viable manner; conducting progress review meetings with Client and Contractors and also responsible for the overall co-ordination with Government bodies, local bodies; Checking laboratory and field tests; Ensure that the construction work is accomplished in accordance with the technical specifications, time and cost estimates
