As an engineer at heart, I love to build things. Things like Teams which can create and handle products at any scale, IT Applications of different domains, Marketing material to cater to everything being built, different types of experiences for customers. While building these things, my team and I always focus on two most important aspects - Problem statement and Value. Problems lead us to the solutions, which then leads to the value being delivered.Throughout my career, I have enjoyed many roles such as Program Manager, Project Manager, Organizational Change Manager, and UX Evangelist in projects of different domains such as Enterprise Content Management, Product Management, Brand Content Management, IoT & Connectivity, Learning and Development, Audit and Compliance, Data Marketplace, Connectivity Management, and Enterprise Automation- I have and I can successfully create, scale, and optimize Software products- I have and I can create self-organized or self-managed teams who work together towards a common goal- I excel at the execution of mammoth ideas with the mentioned constraints- I constantly refine and drive myself to be a better person by learning new things and not settling with what I know- I enjoy meeting people and hearing their sides of the story, interpret and learn from them- I love to volunteer for things that I feel are bigger and important than us.
