Project time plan preparation, monitoring & controlling activities as per customer time plan, project delay and escalate to top management.2. Conduct the project kick-off/ Project Go-ahead meeting.3. Collaboration with CFT for timely completion of feasibility study, BOM preparation, sample preparation & other project activities like making change note with the existing part & process.4. Communication with Hitachi Astemo India team, R&D Japan & Thailand for timely approval, drawing release, testing & other respective activities.5. Preparation & Maintaining all documents related to pre meetings, evaluation meetings & approval from Hitachi Astemo JAPAN.6. Making the proto part for the customer & micro level plan for built support.7. Responsible for all PPAP Activity for a new product.8. Implement PFMEA – AIAG VDA Vol. 1 for a new product.9. Make the E-BOM, Routing, Sanction note and PR on SAP (Use PP Module on SAP).10. ECN implementation and their control, float weekly status of pending ECN’s to the management. Resolve the customer queries regarding new product development12. Weekly review of new project status with Top management13. Visit various other factory locations of the company to analyse the obstacles of pending projects and offer possible solutions.14. Prepare MIS for weekly basis for development projects.15. Actively participate in VA/VE projects & internal plant improvements
