Helm-based heartbeat monitoring, Istio service mesh, and zero-trust network policies delivered 99.99% uptime, eliminating the 30% SRE capacity lost to reactive firefighting. Automated CI/CD quality gates cut production failures by 80% and accelerated QE cycles threefold. A full ELK-to-Splunk migration across 100+ teams reduced MTTR by 50%, delivering unified real-time observability across the entire estate for the first time. I also resolved 50+ platform blockers to unblock ten stalled AI/ML migration releases queued for over a quarter.
