One of Citi’s first AI Accelerators, bridging compliance expertise and applied AI to modernise how governance operates at scale.Since joining Citi’s Compliance Transformation team, I have designed and deployed AI-powered tools that are redefining how policy governance works in practice — from automated change classification engines to policy simplification tools deployable across 1,500+ documents, each with full auditability and traceability built in. These are not proof-of-concepts — they are working solutions eliminating real manual effort and raising the bar for what compliance teams can deliver.On the regulatory side, I served as ICRM lead for FRB SR 08-08, a Tier 1 regulation, driving validation through Internal Audit and resolving complex observations across senior stakeholder groups. I also defined the output for Sub-Clause A — a critical milestone in Citi’s Compliance Consent Order programme.Alongside delivery, I actively present AI capabilities across the organisation, helping teams move from awareness to adoption.

Twenty-five years across the world’s leading investment banks has given me something rare — genuine fluency across finance, technology, and regulation, at the point where all three converge.I have delivered over 50 transformation initiatives across Citi, Deutsche Bank, BNP Paribas, Westpac and others, spanning trading, compliance, risk, and operations. I understand how banks work end-to-end — from front office trading desks to regulatory reporting, from governance frameworks to the data pipelines underneath them.Today, I apply that foundation to AI. As one of Citi’s first AI Accelerators, I design and deploy tools that solve real compliance and governance problems at scale — including AI-powered policy engines now operable across 1,500+ documents.
