I work as SQL Database Administrator where majorly I have worked in Transitions like Upgrade, Migrate and building and handling SQL high availability solutions like Always On and other DR solutions like Failover Cluster Instance, Log Shipping, Mirroring. Besides all this, I am working within a team to keep the operational work stable by handling the issues, performing tasks with requirement, working on problems to provide best solutions and preparing Business planners for implementing/upgrading/providing new solutions to business to fulfil their purpose.    Led end-to-end SQL Server migration planning and execution, including roadmap creation and side-by-side and in-place migrations from SQL Server 2012/2014/2016 to 2019 & 2022 across production and non-production environments, along with SQL edition upgrades. Successfully decommissioned SQL Server instances post-migration, ensuring proper data validation, stakeholder sign-off, and compliance with organizational standards. Planned, executed, and presented critical Disaster Recovery (DR) strategies and failover drills, delivering detailed reports and documentation to meet audit, compliance, and governance requirements. Utilized SQL Sentry and LogicMonitor to monitor database health, performance, and availability, and created customized reports and alerts for proactive issue identification. Diagnosed and resolved complex performance issues in live production environments, including blocking, deadlocks, slow queries, and resource contention, and provided Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for high-priority incidents.
