ABOUT ANSHU SHARMA

I am an IT Project Coordinator at BT, where I manage and supervise the installation of small cell devices at various sites across the UK. I ensure the feasibility, quality, and documentation of the projects, and communicate effectively with stakeholders, including Openreach engineers, Integration and Commission engineers, and different MNOs. I have successfully delivered multiple projects within budget and timeline, increasing the network coverage and capacity for BT\'s customers. I have a strong background in Network Engineering, Technical Support, and Project Engineering, with over 3 years of experience in the IT industry. I have completed CCNA training, which validates my knowledge and expertise in network design, routing and switching protocols, and security. I also possess skills in Project Management, Agile, Scrum, ITSM, and Six Sigma, which enable me to optimize project workflows and improve organizational efficiency. I hold a Bachelor\'s degree in Electrical Engineering from Punjab Technical University, and I am currently pursuing my MBA specialization in Project Management. I am passionate about learning new technologies and delivering exceptional customer service.
