My entire career has been built around flexing my entrepreneurial and intrapreneurial spirit. Whether it’s been in Financial Services or Mental Wellness Services, I excel at diving deep into complex problems and developing innovative, customer centric solutions. Energy and Ambition are at the core of what I do. For the last 15 years, I have grown within the Financial Services Industry. From Bank Manager, to most recently ATB’s Director of Everyday Advice, I have had the honor and privilege to drive institutional change and help our customers and team members have a more engaging experience. A few highlights include: Spearheading strategic initiatives and building business cases for Financial Literacy and Gender Intelligence in banking. This initiative would help lead to less bias for women entrepreneurs and help build a better financial experience for all Albertans.Co-led Women in Banking and Indigenous Banking StrategyCombatted “silo -effect” by leading a team of 13 to better collaborate with different business units. This resulted in increased operational efficiency through removing redundancy and roadblock.Lead a team of talented data analysts to better understand operational metrics and KPIs.Communicate key metrics and insights for senior management to make data-informed strategic decision. In 2018, I fed my innate curiosity for learning and completed an EMBA in Innovative Leadership. Most Recently, I am the creator and founder of The Expert Connect. A mental health and wellness platform that allows people to seek the services of a multidisciplinary team of experts all in one place.
