We focus on the complete evaluation, improvement and branding of hotels and resorts at national as well as international levels. Our strong hold over the concept of contracts in management and franchising has made it possible for us to deliver the best services for luxury resorts, high performance hotels, small boutique hotels and even regional hotel companies. Apart from our expertise in managing and operating the afore mentioned segments, we also have a keen eye on other spheres that are involved in the hospitality industry including events and spa with a simultaneous focus on real estate and property. Our restaurant chain Tandoors and Grills is successfully functioning in parts of USA and is being introduced to several places in India. With several of its major hotels in Goa, Karnataka and Rajasthan, ARRA Hospitality is expanding business along with all the hospitality services to cities like Delhi, Gurgaon, Ghaziabad, Bangalore and Mysore.

Hi! I’m Anshu Malik, a passionate hotelier. My quest for excellent hospitality led me to become the Managing Director of the Arra Hotel Group & Tandoor N Grill (TNG ). My vision is simple - I want to take the name of Indian hospitality to great heights to match and even exceed international standards. And for that, I have been leading my team to curate luxurious hospitality experiences that leave a lasting impression on the guests. Besides being a hotelier, I am an avid traveler, who has travelled across locations to explore and experience new cultures, cuisines, and of course, hospitality! I have been working in the hospitality industry for decades and received the prestigious patronage of the late Capt. M.S.Nair, chairman of Leela Group of Hotels. But as they say, every expert was once a beginner…. And I was one who worked hard and dreamt big. Being a perfectionist myself, I try to instill a sense of creating flawless hospitality experiences in my team. We all work together, keeping the core values of teamwork and reciprocity in the center, and that is what reflects in our work as well. One of my biggest influences is the quote by Gandhi, “Be the change you want to see in the world”. Thus I, along with my enthusiastic teammates at Arra, routinely contribute to helping the underprivileged and the undernourished through donation drives and offering job opportunities. Even decades after having served in the hospitality industry, I still see myself contributing to it. And I won’t stop until the Indian hospitality industry gets recognized on a global scale.
