Anshu is an experienced Team Leader with a demonstrated history of 4+ years of working in an international organization, managing the organization\'s financial health, critical decision-making and eventually impacting lives. She has a keen interest in Fin-tech as an industry, understanding the flow of money in the ecosystem, while monitoring Stock Market on a daily basis. Her recent term as a BDA in the Growth team of a Media-tech Start-up gave her an opportunity to explore Content as an industry and extensively work on the psychology of Use-Case Identification. Her experience of being a Local Committee Vice President at AIESEC India has been one of the most tremendous experiences. While being on the Executive Board of AIESEC India, the key responsibility was of launching a new product - oGE in an absolutely new market, for the very first time, where it was a challenge for a small market like Patiala to run oGE, without any past data to refer to for the numbers and targets, while still keeping it\'s core product oGV (that had been bringing in the maximum revenue for the past 5 years) in place within the same market. She\'s proud of having made the LC establish a meaningful market, successfully launch the product, eventually build a sustainable department. As a result, for the year 20••••20, oGE not only achieved 100% of it\'s both fruit peak and fish peak targets, but overshoot them by 20-25% yet every month, with being the only product in the LC to achieve 94.4% BvsA, in essence helping the LC get multiple notable recognitions across the National plenary.As a part of the Growth Team at Whitepanda (Targeting 140+ Industry verticals, Digital Businesses & 5500+ Key Decision Makers and Stakeholders at different levels of the Enterprise Engagement), she worked on analysing the Business Methodology, Identifying the Current Trends, Carrying out the Market & Brand Research, Use-Case Identification & Creating Strategic frameworks & Enablements to help brands upscale 3X in the arena of Digital Businesses.This was her exposure to an all new upcoming era of Start-ups and she looks forward to exploring new ventures.

   Designed scalable data flow architectures, pipelines and automation schedules using Cloudera Hue, MySQL, Apache Impala and Oozie scheduler, set up email notification system to monitor the availability of data using Python- Managed the integration of third-party data sources and APIs - Scraped raw data of format JSON, CSV from web APIs, AWS S3 bucket, Snowflake database, etc. using Python (pandas, numpy) and Apache Spark- Significantly improved data load time for models by sharding and partitioning data and structuring data using Normalization and De-Normalization- Led Data Observability – designed a proof of concept to monitor timeliness of data which included logging, dashboarding and sending alerts using Datadog and AWS Glue – leading to the solution being presented across Trading data Analytics teams and currently being adopted by many- Collaborated with Data Scientists, analysts, and business stakeholders to predict the most optimal price of a commodity (both for customer and seller keeping competition in mind) – worked on data understanding, cleanup and preparation of customer demographics data which included geolocating and calculating distance between Cargill plants to map together plants having parent-child relationship- Performed EDA on how various factors like volume, distance, time, freight rates, competition pricing, etc. impact Cargill\'s pricing of goods.
