About Anshu Dhingra Die

With 18 years of experience, I have journeyed quite extensively as far as my career path is concerned, and in the process have come to realize that being an educator is the profession that comes from within me. I have come to understand that teaching and counselling is what I am most passionate about and what I have been created for. Changing the lives of individuals through education, and seeing them succeed in different spheres of their lives, brings a smile on my face. I have had the opportunity to work for several years as a French Teacher, and from there had the privilege to be the Leader of Languages and act as the Joint Senior School Coordinator, and now I have also gained expertise in the area of career guidance and become the Leader of Career Guidance at the school. I was the initiator and creator of the Career Guidance Department at one of my schools. I counsel parents and students of Grade 6 onwards through Group Sessions and One to One Session, with immense passion, care and genuineness. Previously, I have also had the opportunity to study Business Administration, teach English and work in various departments in the hospitality industry. These roles have all assisted me in gaining the expertise required for my future goal. I am constantly learning and looking for opportunities to learn more about the functioning of every aspect of a school, especially student enhancement & wellbeing.‘Values’ are extremely important to me, and I believe they play a greater role than the knowledge itself. Honesty, integrity, dedication, hard work, self-control, resilience, tolerance, respect, compassion, teamwork, aspiration, open-mindedness, and determination are amongst the values that I cherish. Role-modelling these essential values is the most important key to success and well-being for a student, a teacher, a leader, a parent and beyond.In addition to these values, I also bring with me a vast international experience, which is key to the functioning of an international school. Having had the opportunity to travel throughout my life, I have had the chance to visit, study and work in many different countries, experienced many cultures and languages, and participated in numerous social extra-curricular activities. Furthermore, having gained experience under different working conditions and environments, flexibility and adaptability have become my assets.
