In my current role, I lead design, development and implementation of Dimensional Data Warehouse reporting and Analytical solutions. My work involves close engagement and collaboration with the business leads and end users for requirement intake, understanding the business process helping business units with business requirements translating to end-to-end BI solutions. Guide and develop a road map from inception to delivery on the efforts I am assigned to lead. Extensive data analysis, hands-on defining Data Flow Diagrams (DFD’s), data extraction logic and code, model target datasets to be created focusing on end user delivery and customer experience. Design and develop BI semantic layer with emphasis on enabling self-service reporting and analysis. Develop canned reports and data visualizations to support business units operational, regulatory and analytical requirements. Support business units mitigate and remediate risk and audit issues providing appropriate analysis and data in timely fashion. Engage in providing end user training on solutions and BI platforms. Collaborate with cross functional teams.Some of my key accomplishments associated with this job role include:• Led Business Objects on prem Content migration to business objects 4.2 on AWS and end user training program.• As a Lead solution architect successfully delivered datasets for multiple customer reimbursement efforts related to legal matters.• Led design and development of reporting and analytical solution sourcing data from nCino (cloud-based Salesforce application that replaced RACER as the bank\'s commercial loan origination system.• Provided reporting solution to help prevent fraud by identifying and preventing consumer customers from multiple enrollments in online banking.• Fixed multiple audit findings in FRB reporting mitigating the risk of possible exclusion, ability to make large syndicated loans, failing the OCC stress test and possible liquidity issues
