About Anshi Pandey

I am currently pursuing my Masters in Business Administration at XLRI Jamshedpur. Prior to joining XLRI, I was a student at Gokhale Institute of Politics and Economics (GIPE) wherein I completed my B.Sc. in Economics. During my time at GIPE I participated in various club activities, with my major contributions going into Back To College (talk series) and Under The Banyan Tree (group discussions). Going beyond the in-house opportunities, I interned at 3 places alongside pursuing my degree, worked on a thesis on the topic \"Stress on Pune City\'s Facilities and Resources with respect to In-migration\", regularly published articles in two of our Institute magazines and worked on two projects under the guidance of my seniors, the details of which are further elaborated in my LinkedIn profile. My intentions behind joining a Business School stem from the desire to convert the skills I posses from my previous engagements into marketable ones and improving myself on areas that assist with working in industries. On a more personal front, I am a blogger. I write blogs that attempt to simplify economic terms and their meanings in ways that are accessible for someone who isn\'t privy to this field. My blog is called \"The To-Do List\" and my wish is for the blog to ultimately convert into a platform which collates appropriate resources that shine light on the practical side of economics. Ultimately, I want people to see economics terms not as jargons but rather as knowledge that can make their lives easier.
