By maintaining detailed spreadsheets, I track service improvements and ensure the accuracy of documentation. I work closely with team leaders and officers to ensure smooth operations and effective service delivery.I have also trained new recruits on the Liberty system, and processing applications, resulting in a 15% increase in employee satisfaction and fostering team engagement.
