Anand Sahay is the CEO and co-founder of Xebia, a global consulting, engineering, and training firm helping organizations become AI-powered enterprises. Xebia partners with clients to turn emerging technologies into measurable business outcomes through strategy, software craftsmanship, and execution.Since joining Xebia in 2014—when the company had only a few hundred employees and few million in revenue —Anand has played a central role in scaling it into a global organization of over professionals across 16+ countries and 28 offices worldwide.Over the past decade, he has led 9 acquisitions across Europe, North America, and India, driven by capability and talent rather than scale. These moves strengthened Xebia’s leadership in applied AI, data and cloud modernization, intelligent automation, and digital product engineering, while fully integrating teams into a unified “One Xebia” operating model.Anand focuses on shaping Xebia’s AI-first strategy, building industry-leading capabilities and working closely with C-suite leaders to translate emerging technologies into faster time-to-value, operational advantage, and new digital revenue streams—while championing responsible, human-centric AI.Beyond Xebia, Anand is a Founding Angel at The Nudge Institute, supporting efforts to enable underprivileged youth to build flourishing lives and develop talent to address India’s most pressing developmental challenges.
