I have acquired extensive knowledge through my dedicated study of food technology and enriched my practical skills during my internship in the FSQR (Food Safety and Quality Assurance) department at Cargill India.One of the highlights of my academic and professional journey was our research project, where I had the opportunity to apply my expertise in innovative ways. In collaboration with my team, we successfully developed a prototype using hurdle technology to effectively reduce the microbial load in clarified citrus juices.
