With approximately three years of specialized experience in the end-of-line testing of lithium-ion batteries for 2W, 3W and UAVs etc, I have developed a strong proficiency in Testing and Validation of various battery chemistries, including NMC, LFP, Molicel and NCA battery packs, pivotal for the EV industry, unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) industry and BESS Systems (Telecom). My role has involved implementing and optimising testing protocols to ensure that products meet stringent quality and safety standards. I am also accountable for driving the advancements in battery analysis and failure diagnostics. I\'ve sharpened my skills on diverse testing equipment from leading brands like Chroma, Hioki, Fluke, NEEY etc. My extensive testing repertoire includes Full Cycle Capacity Tests, Temperature Cycle Tests, Tests, DCIR Tests, ACIR Tests, HRD (High Rate Discharge) Tests, OCV Tests, Short Circuit Tests, Reverse Polarity Tests, Impedance Tests, Battery IR Validation, BMS Performance and Accuracy Tests, Smart BMS Programming and Parameter Setting during testing etc.Additionally, I possess an elemental understanding of IOT connectivity, GPS, UART, CAN, Bluetooth connectivity, RS232, and RS485, which are integral to the EV industry. My passion lies in continually expanding my knowledge, particularly in the EV industry\'s R&D sector. I am dedicated to learning, innovating, and contributing to the future of this sustainable and green energy technology.
