I\'ve spent 10+ years managing costs across all kinds of construction projects in Europe—from retail, residential and commercial to complex infrastructures - data centers and high-tech industrial. I help clients understand their numbers and make better decisions. That means tracking budgets, catching issues early, and making sure the money side lines up with what the project needs to deliver. Working across different sectors has taught me to adapt quickly and spot what actually matters in each type of project.I\'m always trying to find smarter ways to do things—whether that\'s testing new software, streamlining a process, or finding savings that don\'t sacrifice quality. The broad experience helps: what works in one sector often translates surprisingly well to another.
