ABOUT ANOUSHKA SINHA
I enjoy finding solutions to problems - whether at work or in my personal life. Having found my calling in HR during one of my internships in the industry, I realised the positive impact I could make on the employees and the organisation. My goal has always been to have a pragmatic approach to ensure a healthy, growth-oriented environment. My key traits include quality communication skills, attention to detail, building strong interpersonal relationships, & the ability to think rationally. I have had the opportunity of working in two different countries in Talent Acquisition, starting as a Recruitment Coordinator in Ireland, then working my way up to being a Recruitment Consultant. My most recent work stint was that of a Sourcing Specialist in India. I am now looking to grow further within Talent Acquisition or even learn more about other aspects of Human Resources, such as Learning & Development, Rewards/ Compensation and Benefits, Employee Engagement. When not at work, I seek to grow on the personal front through the practice and teaching of Yoga. I firmly believe that when one feels good internally, they do better externally! I recently moved my home base from Mumbai, India to Toronto, Canada.
