Customer Service Lead :• Oversee Customer Service Department and associates for Need Supply Co\'s E-commerce customers. • Daily communication with Need Supply Co\'s E-Commerce customers via email, phone and online live chat. Problem solving all customer concerns including shipping issues, styling/fit advice, product information, returns/exchanges, fraud concerns. • Fraud management for all online orders. Rule management in Kount Fraud Management Software, as well as daily review and approval/decline for all flagged orders. • Daily returns processing via website and through our accounting system. Cosmetics:• Have contributed to the significant growth of Need Supply Co\'s Cosmetics/Lifestyle department. Introduced several high-end natural brands including RMS Beauty, Grown Alchemist, Ilia Beauty, Sachajuan and Prtty Peaushun. • Have assisted the Women\'s Buying team with Cosmetics orders and product assortment since 2014. Wholesale Client Relations: • Manage vendor relations with 15+ stores for Ganni wholesale distribution from its introduction in Spring 2015. Ganni is distributed by NSCO for all US markets, including Shopbop and American Rag. • Order creation and management for all wholesale orders per season- Spring/Summer, Pre-Fall, Fall, Pre-Spring. • Invoice Management and Payment Collection for all wholesale vendors. Returns/Exchanges and RTV management. • Maintain close relationship with Ganni Sales team in NYC, and provide daily accurate reports of product shipped and ATS.

I am one of the founding members of River Fox Realty, and specialize in helping people buy and sell residential real estate in the Richmond area. I moved to Richmond in 2001 to attend VCU Arts, and instantly became smitten with the City’s diverse, thriving arts and music culture. I have since worked as a musician, traveling across the country and around the world but always returning to the place I love most- Richmond. I have lived in the Fan, Church Hill, Oregon Hill, Westover Hills and Chesterfield county, and have called the Richmond area my home for over 20 years. My love of this city combined with my history of customer-focused jobs, was the perfect setup for a career pivot into Real Estate. I truly love and feel genuinely fulfilled by helping people into their new homes/next life adventures, I currently live in North Chesterfield with my husband (founder and owner of Triple Stamp Press located in Manchester), with my husband and 2 young sons.
