About Anouk Dirksen
In 2024 I founded SynDuo to bring customized support to early-stage, start-up companies to advance their programs in biologics or bioconjugate therapeutics (including ADCs) and vaccines from discovery to candidate selection into development, through IND filing, into first-in-human clinical trials. We are also here to provide expert advice in the biologics and bioconjugate space to established companies.SynDuo provides services in overall program management (including building integrated timelines in Smartsheet, risk assessments and risk management, as well as looking for opportunities to accelerate and be cost-effective), CRO and CDMO management, technology assessments, data review (analytics and manufacturing), document review and authoring in support of CMC and regulatory filings.I bring 20+ years of experience with bioconjugation methodologies and their application in the synthesis of imaging agents, and bioconjugate therapeutics (incl. ADCs) and vaccines, as well as experience with biologics from early drug discovery to achieve candidate selection into drug development (CMC) to support RegTox, Regulatory Filings, and Clinical Trials.
