Responsible for the quality and supply performance of global EPS suppliers for BMW, MINI, and Rolls-Royce — from annual audits and change approvals to supply risk management and new supplier evaluations for upcoming vehicle programmes.Key Highlights: • Conduct yearly requalification audits at production sites in line with VDA 6.3, IATF 16949, and ISO 9001 standards • Monitor supplier quality and delivery performance, resolving risks such as low OEE or n-tier bottlenecks • Lead root cause analysis for complex issues, including claimed gear investigations, using 8D, Ishikawa, and FMEA • Approve production line changes and manage documentation in BMW’s quality systems, including PPAP submissions • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess and select new EPS suppliers for future vehicle launches
