Throughout my career, my passion for education, history, and the arts has been my constant inspiration for raising monies to provide learning opportunities for others―whether in universities or museums. Education and the pursuit of knowledge are key ingredients for a happy life, and I want to ignite the desire to learn in others. As a senior university and nonprofit executive with an entrepreneurial spirit, I am persistent in building relationships to achieve fundraising success. I have nearly 25 years of experience leading and managing teams, building fundraising infrastructure, developing metrics to measure success, and overseeing strategic planning processes in multi-faceted organizations. I enjoy people, enjoy being a member of effective teams, and mentoring staff and other new leaders. I am a mission-driven leader who thrives on challenges, achieving goals, and learning about the individuals with whom I work-as colleagues, supervisors, donors, and friends.
