At Drypowder, I lead product and customer development for our accounts receivable management platform built for the lumber and building materials industry. I designed the core application experience and built our marketing site, drypowder.io.My work is grounded in the startup methodology outlined in The Startup Owner’s Manual, Business Model Generation, and Value Proposition Design. I focus on identifying and validating customer problems through direct interviews, field research, and iterative testing. I translate these insights into product concepts, user flows, and feature definitions that drive our roadmap. Every design decision is informed by evidence, not assumptions, ensuring we stay aligned with real customer needs as the product evolves.
