Since its inception, I have had end-to-end ownership of a mobile application with activities ranging from Ideation, Roadmapping, Defining user experience to conducting UATs, deploying app to Play & and App stores, providing user guides, collecting user feedback and analytics data and closing the loop. Being a cyber school parent app, my mission is to provide the best possible user experience which will contribute towards an enriching journey for their students.I have also supported the application support function in the capacity of an SME to help keep the school\'s academic operations running smoothly. I regularly contribute towards process improvement initiatives with some hands-on knowledge of Jira administration. Some of my earlier projects include an online library with custom e-reader implementation and a custom video-conferencing application.
