About Anoop Kumar

As a Human Resources Specialist at Corporate Stalwarts, I am responsible for the full life cycle of recruiting, including direct sourcing, preliminary phone interviewing, and negotiation of compensation packages. I also research new clients for the company and add them to the sales team. I have successfully filled multiple positions across various departments and levels, with a focus on finding passionate and qualified candidates who fit the company\'s culture and vision. In addition to my HR role, I am also a co-founder and fitness trainer at Fitness Dabba, an online workout platform that I launched with my partner Tanima Srivastava during the pandemic. We offer five days of workout sessions per week, covering different muscle groups and cardio exercises. I designed the workout program based on my expertise in exercise physiology and sports, which I gained from my certifications as a Master Personal Fitness Trainer, a Certified Personal Fitness Trainer, and a SPEFL-SC issued by Fitness Matters India. I am currently pursuing an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations at Butte College, which will enhance my skills and knowledge in the fields of management, marketing, finance, and accounting. I am eager to learn new things and apply them to my current and future roles.
