Verifying the Contractors IPC (Interim Payment Certificate) and supporting documents with the BOQ and suggesting necessary correction and tracking out any missing items of incoming revenue If required, before submitted to client.• Responsible for Contractor’s documents verification as per requirement of the contract and send to client for final approval (Advance Payment Bank Guarantee, Insurance Policies, Mobilization Advance Invoice, Price Adjustment). • GC (General Consultancy) bill preparation with the supporting documents as per the requirement of the contract and send for verification and approval for payment from the Client.• Prepare and Update monthly Price Escalation and Man Month Variation as per requirement of increase the contract period and take the approval from the client for GC bill.• Taking the part of the Tender opening process with the Contract team for Technical & Financial bid.• Financial documents checking with the Contract team of Bidders as per the requirement of the tender (Performance Security/Tender Security, Tender Document Fee and other related documents).• Preparing the details of TDS & GST as per approved invoices of GC and send to Management for payment.• Responsible for maintaining all project related records and statements in monthly basic and send to management.• Reviews policies and procedures developed by the organization elements with the Finance & Accounts Department and ensuring that they comply with company policy and guidelines.• Performs other financial & Accounting related duties as assigned or directed by the Senior Management.• Monitored status of accounts receivable and payable to facilitate efficient processing and maintain accurate and complete documentation for all financial department procedures.• Contractor\'s IPC, GC bill and Vendor payment monthly reconciliation and track the pending payment from the client.
