   Anoop is a director with PwC\'s Financial Markets practice where he provides insights into the developments in the capital and credit markets to his clients. His primary focus is on business advisory services for clients within the securitization and capital markets industry. With over 14 years of experience in the financial services industry and a specialization in securitizations, Anoop is responsible for leading a team of professionals on multiple AUP and advisory engagements with services throughout the product life cycle.Anoop has focused mainly on the clients who are active participants in securitization, providing guidance on issuance, surveillance, valuation and compliance. His primary focus includes financial modeling and financial/operational analysis for various types of fixed income securities relating to ABS/MBS/CLO/CDO, Municipals, Marketplace lending and Corporate Loans. Anoop is also involved with FAS 91 Modeling, SOX 404, Restatements, Collateral analysis, Reg AB and Loan file reviews. At PwC, Anoop works primarily with investment banks, hedge funds, private equity entities, alternative fund managers, insurance companies, and commercial banks.Anoop co-authored chapter 2 of the \"The Handbook of Mortgage Backed Securities\" edited by Frank J Fabozzi. Anoop is also a guest lecturer at the UCLA undergrad Econ and Finance class as well as for the Masters of Financial Engineering (MFE) program.Anoop is a Chartered Accountant from India and also holds a Certified Public Accountant license in the State of California and New York. Anoop is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Anoop holds an MBA degree, in finance and entrepreneurship, from the University of San Francisco.
