Lead the implementation of all program activities within the assigned state.• Manage a cross-functional team including trainers, mobilizers, and field support staff. • Coordinate with government departments, local partners, and donor teams. · Ensure timely reporting, data validation, documentation, and impact tracking. • Oversee logistics, budgeting, and administrative tasks at the state level.• Manage the state-level implementation of all MMFSL-supported initiatives. • Supervise day-to-day operations and ensure field teams are functioning efficiently. • Liaise with external stakeholders, ensuring alignment with community and donor expectations.• Ensure reporting mechanisms are timely, accurate, and aligned to program goals. • Provide regular updates to the national team and contribute to strategy development.
