Menstrulog at IU is a student-led organization focused on destigmatizing menstrual and mental health. As Co-President, I oversee initiatives across departments, manage TalkSpaces, a platform for open discussions, and organize offline events to engage and educate peers. Previously, I also contributed to our podcast, Did I Ovary-Act, which addresses nuanced topics related to health and well-being.Together with other executive board members, we work to create a safe, inclusive environment where students feel heard and supported. Through these initiatives, we strive to promote awareness, foster open conversations, and empower individuals in their journey toward better health.
