After graduating ASU and exploring the world as a flight attendant for America West, I fell in love with recruiting and in 1996, joined a small boutique firm in Tempe, AZ. After 3 years of sitting in a bull pen and learning the ropes, & earning Top Rookie Recruiting 1996 and Recruiter of the Year for both 1997 & 1998, I left to start (ISC).\\\\n\\\\nISC is proud to be WBE certified through the Womens Business Enterprise National Council.\\\\n\\\\nI built ISC as a home for high performing recruiters, that wanted to work with a positive, ethical team that had access to the best tools in the business, in order to provide our Clients with the most exceptional candidates possible.\\\\n\\\\nMore than anything else re ISC, I am most proud of team that we have built.\\\\n\\\\nEvery recruiter on our team is a polished professional, highly skilled at ferreting out exceptional candidates, with a positive team attitude and brimming with integrity.
