About Anny Fan

As a product designer with over four years of experience, I am passionate about solving complex problems and creating gratifying, thoughtful experiences through research and design. My background in social and decision science, human-computer interaction, and media design gives me a unique perspective and skill set to understand user needs, behaviors, and motivations, and to translate them into intuitive and impactful solutions.Most recently, I worked as a senior product designer at RoadRunner Recycling, where I helped to establish the design system foundation utilized by the technology team for streamlined website design and development. I also spearheaded the design of the next iteration of the Customer Portal, and other projects like task management and billing system. Additionally, I successfully recruited and onboarded six valuable additions to the product team, including an experienced designer, a design manager, and three product managers. I am proud of the work I did at RoadRunner Recycling, and of the positive impact I made on the company\'s growth, culture, and vision.
