About Ann Thanh Phan
I graduated from Columbia University in 2025 with my B.A. in Biology and Public Health, where I was inducted into Phi Beta Kappa. Throughout my education, I engaged with public health by conducting qualitative and quantitative research, leading student publishing, and working in patient care. I have always been passionate about furthering health equity, motivated by my upbringing in the wonderfully diverse immigrant communities of Houston, Texas. I am currently working as a Health Navigation Specialist for Legacy Community Health, where I connect people living with HIV with a range of medical and social services. I continue to seek opportunities to improve community health outcomes, whether in improving education or providing clinical interventions.
